Who is responsible

What we collect

When you make an enquiry, we collect the contact and company details you provide, information about the workflow you describe, and basic technical information needed to keep the site secure.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to respond, assess whether we can help, arrange a call and keep a record of the conversation. The usual legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to prospective customers and, when discussions progress, taking steps before a contract.

Who receives it

Information may be processed by carefully selected hosting, email and business-tool providers. We do not sell personal information. If a provider processes data outside the UK, we use an appropriate legal safeguard.

How long we keep it

Unsuccessful or dormant enquiries are normally deleted after 18 months unless there is a legal reason to keep them. Customer records may be retained for longer to meet contractual, tax and legal obligations.

Your choices

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your information, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us first so we can help. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
